About The Ford F-150 3.0L Turbo-Diesel Power Stroke Engine

Ford first released the turbo-charged V-6 3.0L Power Stroke diesel engine for the 2018 model-year. It was initially available only in the high-end Lariat and King Ranch F-150 trim levels.

The 3.0L Power Stroke engine has a listed output of 250 horsepower and 440 lb-ft of torque. It is mated with a ten-speed automatic transmission for optimized fuel economy. As a result, the two-wheel drive, crew-cab version reportedly gets 30 miles per US-gallon (12.75 km/L).
