AMSOIL has released a new full-synthetic automatic transmission fluid for Ford and General Motors vehicles requiring the MERCON ULV and DEXRON ULV specifications. New AMSOIL Signature Series ULV 100% Synthetic ATF is now available in the United States and Canada. This product is is available in either US-quart (946 ml) Easy-Packs or US-gallon jugs.

About AMSOIL Signature Series ULV 100% Synthetic ATF

About The MERCON ULV And DEXRON ULV ATF Specifications

Ford and General Motors now suggest ultra-low-viscosity fluid for some of their latest 10-speed automatic transmissions. Ford’s specification is “MERCON ULV”. General Motor’s specification is “DEXRON ULV”.

Due to the thin viscosity of these ULV specifications, both MERCON ULV and DEXRON ULV are NOT backward compatible with previous MERCON and DEXRON specifications.
