AMSOIL is so confident in Interceptor Synthetic 2-Stroke Injector Oil that they provide their own limited warranty. This program is called the “Runs On Freedom Snowmobile Warranty”. Customers exclusively running Interceptor in “current-model-year” (or newer) snowmobiles may be eligible for coverage. AMSOIL will cover the cost of repair to qualified components for up to 2 years, 5000 miles or 8000 km (whichever comes first).
Here are the official guidelines.

DISCLAIMER OF OTHER WARRANTIES
To the extent permitted by state law, THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Where disclaimer of implied warranties is not permitted, the duration of the implied warranty is limited to the duration of the express warranty as set forth above. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to certain Owners.
LIMITATION OF REMEDIES
As to remedies available to Owner for any and all losses or damages, including losses or damages arising from a claim of breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence or strict liability, Owner’s exclusive remedy shall be limited to the replacement value of the failed internal part or parts of the engine covered by this Warranty. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to some Owners. This warranty gives Owners specific legal rights; an Owner may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
TIME LIMIT FOR BRINGING A CLAIM
Owner agrees that, in the event of any claim arising from this Limited Warranty, it will commence an action within one year of any denial or rejection of any claim.
ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER
IF ANY DISPUTE ARISES BETWEEN OWNER AND AMSOIL RELATING TO THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, THE DISPUTE WILL BE SETTLED ONLY THROUGH ARBITRATION. This means that neither AMSOIL nor Owner will sue in court before a judge or jury, individually or as a class member. Instead, one neutral arbitrator will decide the dispute, and the arbitrator’s decision will be final except for a limited right of appeal under the Federal Arbitration Act. The arbitrator may award declaratory or injunctive relief only for the individual claims.
The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association, in accordance with its rules of practice and procedure. The arbitrator will be bound to follow applicable federal and state laws and regulations in deciding all issues and in rendering any award. The parties will be entitled to invoke the rules of discovery applicable to state court proceedings. The arbitration proceedings will be conclusive and not appealable, and any party to any award rendered in any arbitration proceeding will be entitled to have judgment entered on that award. Arbitration will take place at a location mutually agreed upon by the parties or, at Owner’s election, in its/his/her county of residence, and will be held in English.
Customer may reject this arbitration section by sending AMSOIL a notice within thirty (30) days of its application being accepted via U.S. Mail to the email address, above.
CLASS ACTIONS WAIVER
AMSOIL AND OWNER AGREE THAT ANY PROCEEDINGS TO RESOLVE ANY DISPUTE, INCLUDING ARBITRATION AND LITIGATION IN COURT, WILL BE CONDUCTED INDIVIDUALLY ONLY. Neither party will seek to have any dispute heard as a class action, a classwide arbitration, a private attorney-general action, or any other proceeding in which either party acts or proposes to act as a representative for others. AMSOIL and Owner also agree that no arbitration or other proceeding will be combined with another arbitration or proceeding without the written consent of AMSOIL, Owner, and every other party to that arbitration or proceeding.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT, NO OTHER WARRANTIES
Unless modified in writing and signed by both parties, the Limited Warranty, together with the Application, is understood to be the complete and exclusive agreement between the parties, superseding all prior agreements, oral or written, and all other communications between AMSOIL and Owner, relating to the subject matter of the Warranty. No employee of AMSOIL or any other party is authorized to make any warranties in addition to that made herein.
