Yes, but we prefer AMSOIL Synthetic Water-Resistant Grease for its remarkable ability to resist snow, ice, water spray and mud. If you require a grease that pumps in severe cold, then this Arctic Grease is more than acceptable for lubricating snowmobile suspension and steering components.

Can AMSOIL Arctic Synthetic Grease Be Used in the Summer Months?
Like any NLGI #1 grease, AMSOIL Arctic Synthetic Grease can certainly be used in the summer months. You do not have to rush out in the spring to pump fresh “regular” grease into components. The exception would be applications that operate at high speeds or under extremely hot operating conditions that require an NLGI #2 grease. The main purpose of this Arctic Grease is to ease pumping in extreme cold, but keep in mind that Arctic Grease has a very wide operating temperature range of 59C (-75F) to +157C (315F).
Can AMSOIL Arctic Synthetic Grease Be Mixed With Other Grease?
AMSOIL Arctic Synthetic Grease is compatible with a wide variety of grease brands and types. For best results, flush out old grease when switching over to AMSOIL Arctic Synthetic Grease.
