AMSOIL Synthetic Powershift Transmission Oils Features and Benefits
- Smooth operation
- Reduced wear
- All weather performance
- Smooth clutch and brake operation
- Resists deposits under extreme heat
- Prevents foaming
- Long service life
- Suitable for many specifications
Smooth Brake and Clutch Operation
AMSOIL Synthetic Powershift Transmission Fluid offers consistent performance with either metallic or non-metallic friction components. Expect smooth clutch actuation, quiet brake operation and silky overall transmission performance.
Transmission Wear Defense
AMSOIL Synthetic Powershift Transmission Fluid’s shear-stable formula delivers steady and consistent film strength against heavy loads and extreme heat over long service intervals.
Remarkable Cold Weather Performance
With colds pour points of -46C (SAE 10W), -46C (SAE 30) and -36C (SAE 50), AMSOIL Powershift Transmission Fluids allow your equipment to function consistently in extreme winter weather.
Cooler Operation in Extreme Heat
Synthetic fluids offer lower friction, so components can run cooler with Powershift Transmissions Fluids. Powershift also resists that formation of varnish deposits after long exposure to hot operating temperatures. Clean operation is more vital than ever as today’s sophisticated transmissions do not react well to foreign materials.
Rust/Corrosion Resistance
AMSOIL powershift contains powerful anti-rust and corrosion additives to protect transmission internals (including copper parts), even during long-term storage.
Mixing AMSOIL Synthetic Powershift Transmission Fluids with Other Brands
AMSOIL Synthetic Powershift Transmission Fluids are compatible with other conventional, semi-synthetic and synthetic transmission fluids. While you can safely mix AMSOIL Synthetic Oil with other brands, this will reduce the drain interval and performance capabilities.
The use of any aftermarket oil additives with this AMSOIL product is definitely NOT recommended.
Service Life
AMSOIL Synthetic Powershift Transmission Fluid can be used for the longest interval as suggested by your owner’s manual. Use oil analysis when going beyond OEM suggested service periods.
For CD-50 transmissions, change at 250,000 miles (400,000 km) or two years, whichever come first.
