It is a demonstration tool used to test the extreme pressure abilities of a variety of lubricants and additive products. Out of the blue, AMSOIL has dropped the filter change interval on the EAO-13 oil filter from 25000 miles (or one year) to the OEM-recommended service interval. Apparently a small number of customers with EAO-13 equipped Honda vehicles were getting oil pressure warning lights which was due to the oil filter reaching capacity.
